lijecenjeosteoporoze1This disease is characterised by loss of mineral density of the bones and by decreased bone mass. It is usually diagnosed at a very late stage, mainly at the spine and the hips, as it progresses very slowly during the life.
Some statistics say that every fourth woman aged 50 and more has osteoporosis. It is thereby very important to start with the exercises on time to prevent its consequences by which the progress of the disease is slowed down. With our program better resorption of minerals necessary for bone density as well as the prevention of bone breakage is achieved.
The program is individual for every patient.
